Advanced Techniques in Biology

This course was a graduate seminar series focused on next-generation sequencing data analysis in molecular ecology. Classes consisted of short introductory lectures followed by hands-on practical exercises with real data. I helped to develop the course content with two fellow graduate students: Julian Dupuis and Rene Malenfant. Together we wrote the syllabus, designed and delivered lectures as well as practical walkthroughs.  The design of the course, where graduate students developed and led the class, was novel for the Biology Department at the University of Albert.
